CYF building: The start of construction.
The Char Yong Association’s new building contract was awarded start of 2023.
The consultant team has been having a series of fortnightly technical coordination meetings with the main contractor W’Ray construction Lte Ltd for almost 3 months now.
The working relationship is great, our objectives are all aligned and as always, we are still picking up the nearest pen/pencil and sketching out part plans, sections, details etc etc and working it out together for construction.
